Tradelite,
Smart to take some $ off the table...

I'm thinking the same thing(low-priced big names). In fact, I
have a list attached to my monitor with the companies I like in
each sector so that as they come down, I can get them for my
husband's pension. I need the list to keep focused! There are so
many good ones to choose from. Thoughts on AMTD? At $24(and hasn't
based yet), good earnings report, might be nice when it shows some
signs of life. I'll inherit EGRP when they swallow TBFC( in my
acct) and I think they'll be fine(TBFC nice earnings surprise-
.10 actual vs. 01 consensus-went unnoticed). If interest rates
increase, those who use EGRP will be able to "store" their money
in higher rate CD's-no need to go elsewhere. Anyway, alot of good
companies are coming into our hands and we should play them as
"smartly" as we can. Happy trading......

Janie

PS--I had WCOM at 22 and sold at 30-sheesh. I can remember my
broker saying "what do they do?".... 8^)
