quehubo....The Retired folks are getting the shaft already. Inflation is definitely here, even though Obama says it's not. If they don't count groceries, nor energy...then what exactly do they use for the every day expenses that we all pay? And the other thing that is tough that most of us did prepare adequately and then some, but having ZERO interest for several years is really hard on money we thought would help us through.

So costs are much higher than they were overall, gas is double or more and so are ALL energy costs, normally people at 65 or older can NOT get medical insurance other than Medicare and all expenses for everything else are higher than when Obama took office.

My husband is 77+ and still works 4 days a week....he is not on Medicare, but a small business insurance because their office manager had breast cancer, and is not 65 yet so can't get other insurance....His premiums are about $1200+ a MONTH plus my various insurances, co pays and meds, even with Medicare Part D...Just you and others wait -- we think it's bad now, but IMO it is just getting worse.....

Employers have been having trouble with the insurance programs and costs for many years now, at least since the early 1990's, and so were the folks who had private insurance. That's why people were irate about the costs then....Our government employees and union workers always had the Cadillac insurance plans....So now look what the current government has done...pushed through a terrible plan with exactly ZERO votes from the Republicans. This is WHY nearly everyone is upset about their insurance health coverage.

Our Health Care is the finest in the world....but the cost of it was, and remains, impossible for most everyone.

I'd like every politician out there to tell the real investigative reporters (is that an oxymoron?) what they think defines the lower income class, the middle income class, and the high income class.

I want to see those numbers, instead we get platitudes from everyone....and bogus numbers.
