Hey Peep re < To refresh what happened during my Q & A re: Joseph Berger & Grosz issues:
Q. Are they still our investment banking firm?
A. Yes, FNTN has a signed agreement with them. BB:Agree.
Q. Is there any M/A anticipated through them?
A. Yes, their focus is twofold --BB :Agree
1. Bring in initial funding --BB:Agree
2. Bring M/A candidates to table -- BB:Agree
Q. Assuming the Company does find further M/A candidates what steps are being taken to prevent stock dilution?
A. There are two things that companys want cash and stock, there is no way around that. -- BB:Agree We will use both to perform M/A. -- BB Disagree. IMHO, MS stated M&A would be stock by stock. Cash not an alternative cause FNTN doesn't have cash and doesn't want debt.
Q. (kind of a comment on my part) When one does M/A, revies and earnings offset dilution considerably. - BB: Do not understand what you said.
A. (more of a reply) absolutely. -- BB: Agree. His reply was absolutely!

:)
