Bohdan, as an advanced company, Kensington Resources is exempt from the more stringent regulations imposed on venture companies.

Furthermore, if the amendements announced on June 10th still stand, there is no real need for another news release on the subject - many companies don't make such an announcement through a news release. Notices conclude by the following sentence: "The Company shall issue a news release if the private placement does not close promptly".

I have checked the VSE query system on notices from July 1994, there are none on filings of private placements for KRT.

On Stockwatch, there are only two news releases on pp closing, both reported by David Stone, one in December 1995, the other in January 1996. Those two news releases concern three different private placements announced up to four month before, in October 1995.

Digital ink seems to have closed down, so I could not check there again but I recall the record there of the private placement closing on January 1996. Cam Gardiner was one of the placees.

So, I am very confident that the pp has closed.

However, since, none of the private placements afterwards has proceeded , it would be nice to have that confirmed officially.
