OG thanks for your opinion, at first blush with very little parsing of your response, I agree that that the French are notorious takers and provide little in return(excepting the Statue of Liberty) lord knows it seems they forgot WW2. NO OFFENSE to any individuals out there. But you know the Persians are pretty cunning as well. There is always that chance the pendulum has swung our way-as far as the new "global" public network goes. As always your proximity to the politics is noted. regards DHB
