8:19AM Kulicke & Soffa beats by $0.04, issues Q2 guidance (KLIC) 9.99 : Reports Q1 (Dec) earnings of $0.38 per share, $0.04 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $0.34; revenues rose 96.1% year/year to $228.1 mln vs the $213.4 mln consensus. Co issues mixed guidance for Q2, says "Including revenues from their Test segment, their guidance for the March quarter is for revenue to be $180 mln, plus or minus about 5%. Excluding revenues from their Test segment, their revenue expectations for the March quarter are expected to be $158 mln, plus or minus about 5% vs $180.83 mln consensus.
