Kulicke & Soffa to repurchase some notes Tue Feb 14, 2006 9:16 AM ET NEW YORK, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Semiconductor assembly tools company Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc. (KLIC.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Tuesday said it would repurchase $52.2 million of its 0.5 percent convertible subordinated notes due 2008. The company said it would exchange 48 shares of stock and $358 in cash for each $1,000 in notes.
