David's facts as you call them are not facts, there history!!! KRY has been through every step he has presented. Go do your homework. It was discussed whether the full 15 member CSJ would rule on this case or not. Only the 5 FIVE member PAC = Political Administrative Committee will hand down a FINAL with no appeal decision. And it seems like Bloomberg is reporting that it is going to be very soon!!! Can't wait.
And yes you are right on one thing, it has been a trader's paradise.
But you don't have to prey on people's emotions like Viper and PRO(joke)TRADER.
