A final with no appeal simply means KRY, if they lose, would not have the right to appeal. If they win they only win THEIR APPEAL not the
case. The case would then go to full trial in 2-3 years. If PDG wins
KRY can never come back, no trial and PDG continues to
develop the mine. Maybe you should check your facts.
