As I pointed out, the scale is different.

But the issues blocking relief are far more similar between NOLA and HAITI than they are between any hurricane and NOLA.

NOLA was never about the hurricane. The hurricane was merely the trigger for the REAL disaster, the flood.

Which I tried to explain to you people at the time. You don't get it.
