Agreed, The price points aren't there yet and service delivery is very VERY spotty. I recall that when frame relay first became the buzz in the early 90's it was the same way. Critical mass occurred very quickly however. Like you, many folks want fast access to the net. Furthermore many folks want to deal with one company for telephone, cable (video), and ISP access...that means one bill as well. There are still a number of hurdles to overcome and the RBOC's still need to figure out what service based pricing is. This isn't going to happen overnight, but it will happen in a major way during 99...at least that's my opinion. It should be interesting to watch. OG
