One that will allow them to compete head-on against CSCO where they have a chance of winning>> This assumes LU does a mega buy of a data networking company. They've bought some sick small ones so far (Lannet) and FORE and CS and NN have much more reasonable prices per revnue that ASND. I still think the issue on an ASND buy is the product overlap.
