I don't believe it. He's already given $80B to renewable energy R&D, loans, and tax breaks through the stimulus act. That's more than any President in history. The climate change legislation is far from being complete. We don't know what shape it will end up taking, if it even passes. If Brown gets elected, then there probably isn't a chance to get it passed, unless Dems retake super majority in Nov. Either way, the fact remains that for anyone that cares about renewable energy, the Dems are the only game in town.
