You threw me for a loop on this one - until I checked into it further. Voltera is the old Oxford Exploration with a name change. I just reviewed their latest report, and it would appear they are making headway in the oil patch. However, their debt position is burdensome. I would guess estimate their year-end debt to cash flow ratio will be just slightly under 2.8X, a figure that would alarm me.
