PICO. My previous comment regard Pico was: "I call it a value trap. Company has control of lots of water. Every once in a while somebody writes an article saying dontchaknow water is in short supply and here's a company you never heard of that has access/control to lots of it. Stock then pops. Eventually the buyers realize that PICO just doesn't make any money -- or enough money to move the stock." ...And the stock falls back down. Stock is now back down, and my opinion remains the same.

I'll take a few shares here, betting that within a year some talking head or writer will once again punch up the stock by saying there's an unknown company (Pico) that has control of lots of water and listeners/readers really ought to consider the enormous potential of this stock. Stock now under $20-- I look for maybe $23-$24 within a year when that "news" comes out, again.
