Absolutely true CC but also current producers and multi nationals in the DRC plus the UN keeping watch. None of the may relax some but tell that to the people that invested in Alberta Oil or Argentine oil. I bought Petrolifera the week Argentina changed the royalty structure and lost 25% in 24 hrs or so!!

First Quantum have become a multi billion mkt cap company on the basis of their DRC operations, and Jean Luc Roy of ELN was with them and brought that mine into production when the DRC was far less stable than it is right now. One must be comfortable with the exposure that is certain, also where one is in the country may be a factor.
