I just bought some PWEB - currently trading under 3 cents It looks like, given time it could get some traction. I dont believe their Goodwill is worth anything (and generally shy away from companies that overstate it) They appear to be in reasonably decent shape and provided they collect on their receivables - profitable. I watch my downside and let the upside take care of itself. I figure in the worst case scenario the stock will drop around 3 cents :) sec.gov
