You have really shaved off a considerable amount of overhead in you net cost basis since buying the stock. When VVUS makes the reversal it will be easier to reach the breakeven point and into a profitable mode.

I looked at the charts this morning and again I'm reading a solid touch on the lower Bollinger Band and a RSI that is close to the 30 marker. The turning point would have to come today or tomorrow. No doubt, the VVUS OCT 35s and Oct. 37 1/2s CALLs will be dumping their contracts today. I would expect Nov. 32 1/2 and NOV. 35s to be starting to sell and build up an open interest.

As far as news, there are those public presentations that are scheduled and that should draw some attention. With the drop yesterday the VVUS P/E stands at par with other biomedical stocks.

The MACD indicator still shows VVUS as being positive (long)for now. In fact, at stockwizard.com if you run the analyst test program using MACD as the indicator for VVUS you get the best profit results. I have been toying with their test system program. It seems that different indicators work better with certain stocks. So, in addition to RSI and Bollinger Bands I have been seeking TA from what ever indicator scores the highest profits and returns.
