Saw that, Elroy. Dragging feet to close a deal sometimes is good. But at times can be devastating. The Brazilians dragged theirs.

Covid-19 hit. Deal fall through.

Another foot dragging happened to other aviation deal in this case an airliner. Ethiopian Airlines.
Mid 2018 the news came out:Ethiopia opens up telecoms, airline to private, foreign investors

The announcement ot Ethiopia Airlines privatization came out in the wake of the China pulling the plug from over indebted Ethiopia as the Chinese stop being Africa's Sugar Daddy.

Then Ethiopia dragged their feet. I don't think there is appetite for airlines any time soon.
