That's true. In six years, they did three major things....started two wars and created no child left behind. Yeah, well, this depends on your political POV. A lot of us would say that they prevented any further terrorist attacks against America after 9/11, which the Ds haven't been able to do. The Dems didn't dare oppose either war and NCLB has been an absymal failure. I'd be the last one to say that the federal government needs to be involved IN ANY WAY in the education of our children. Were it up to me the Dept/Educ would be padlocked tomorrow morning.
