This is not new news to many investors! It is my understanding that Bill & Mary Anne's shares are being used as collateral for a personal loan. The bank filed the 144 when the collateral margin fell below agreed upon covenants due to a recent drop in share price. Additional collateral has been pledged and the 144 has since been revoked. According to my records the only two insiders listed are of course Mr. William Carraway, CEO, and Mary Ann Anderson Carraway, Secretary and Director. The total of shares was about 150,000 - 170,000. Again this is a collateralized loan and the bank filed the 144's with the intent to sell but it has been revoked with the addition of more collateral.

The estate sale in the name of Ardell Rhude is also no surprise to the members of the board who closely follow the stock and wires. This particular registration has been alluded to in many previous posts on this thread. As for the remainder of the filings I would have to say that the selling may have been completed if you have been watching the volume as of late for GRNO.

By the by you wouldn't be shorting this stock or trying to drive out the weak hands just to scoop up some cheap shares would you? :-)
