He builds a big case that reparations are to be paid only to the living not to heirs. Therefore as we keep this going, so far 50 years and counting, there will not be anyone left who should be paid. Amazing piece of logic. Ruff, this next sentence is to set you off again. Just imagine if Germany did this after world war 11 instead of reparations for the dead, the survivors and for those who left before the war for what their careers would have been.
