The only evidence that you have presented that any of them have, is just your own assertion.

And remember your theory goes beyond the idea that the Taliban still receives some support from Pakistan. I believe all of the groups you mentioned have made statements along those lines, but to be counted as support for your theory the statements would have to go much further than that. Any public CIA statement that went that far would be major front page news. No such news has come up. I doubt you have access to classified reports (and if you do you shouldn't be talking about them), but if you do they can't count as evidence because I can't see them.
