Victor, Mike Dell has already said he wants to get into services. The problem is, services is a lousy market with low margins and too many competitors. And it sure doesn't have anything to do with a direct model, Dell's one trick pony. However, it is an area where you can fake the eps and revenues better than you can on hardware, so all the dying cos. are going that route.
