Oh, I guess I didn't tell enough of the story. Jackson went through the first six items relatively perfunctorily but went on and on about number seven basically saying that the rest was meaningless unless the kids had a relationship with the Lord. He talked about it long enough that he had time to give a passing wave to alternate spiritualities.

I take your point, though, about the context of his traditional audience.
