I think it's actually pretty cool. It's a portable, which I didn't get on first glance. Not really designed as a notebook, but rather a full-power system that you can easily move from place to place. Folds up into a briefcase kind of thing. (I do notice that they don't give the weight.
It has a 20.1 inch widescreen display, a full size detachable wireless keyboard with integrated touchpad, and it can have two hard drives, for up to 240GB of storag. They can be striped (RAID 0) or mirrored (RAID 1) if you want. Plus up to 4B of RAM, an array microphone, built-in video camera, eight speakers and subwoofer, multimedia remote, etc.
I haven't seen anyting exactly like it from anyone. Can this be a case of *gasp* innovation from Dell?
Admittedly, it's not as cool looking as it would have been if Apple had designed it, but it's still an interesting product. If it weren't for the fact that the silly thing can't run OS X, I might like to have one.
