Tim .. no, the p&d is not okay and I have publicly stated my feelings about that. As a matter of fact, several posters have already mentioned that fact to you. I have no objection to your stating your opinions -- and you know that -- but how you state them is another matter. These boards are public and open to view by all - and I do not think it fair that people have to be subjected to that kind of behaviour. There are quite a few p&ders on this and all threads, but there are also many good and sincere people here whose intentions are honorable.

With a few exceptions, most of the "regular" posters on this thread behave with civility, even when they disagree. But Stan is correct in that you are not a regular here, but a visitor and the last thing everyone here needs now is someone speaking like a gutter rat. I know you have had problems and I sincerely hope that your father has improved, but this is no reason to speak in the manner you have and take your frustrations out on everyone ... innocent and guilty alike. Might I suggest you pm the offenders in question and take such language and attitude private.

In any event, I do wish you a happy and healthy new year and hope things improve for you next year ... in all things.
