Well Pat, I guess your friend and his buddies kept it pretty quiet. Neither the stocks trading volume (1.4 million isn't all that unusual for Amati, see volume back in the spring) nor the options volume support your statement. Or perhaps not many believe there would be much of a premium if there was a takeover. The net money flow on Friday was $419,799 which to me suggests selling and buying were pretty balanced. >>> I also spoke with Ron Carlini at 4:30 PST to ask his opinion. I suggest everyone do the same. What are you trying to say? What's the point of mentioning something without giving the information? Are you trying to suggest Carlini told you 'yes we are in the midst of selling the company'. If so, I hope he'll have a comfortable cell. Techie
