RE-Tillman I saw the playback. The market to frothy for him to consider adding to his empire currently. He was saying 15 dollar wage was hurting margins in the restaurant group. He was saying he doesn't like paying up at this stage in the business cycle. I that know for sure., as I remember the Rainforest Cafe acquisition.

Landry's Seafood Restaurants Inc. said yesterday that it would buy Rainforest Cafe Inc. for about $75 million in cash, in the second effort by the two restaurant chains to merge after their first attempt fell apart last spring. Landry's, which is based in Houston and holds a 4.5 percent stake in Rainforest, said in a statement it would offer $3.25 a share in a tender offer for the remaining shares of Rainforest, which is based in Minneapolis. The offer price represents about a 60 percent premium to Rainforest's closing price of $2.03 on Monday.
