Well if the Fed Funds rate is 6.5% and the discount rate is 6/0% and the 30 year bonds rate is 5.46% and one drew a line from the short terms (fed funds/discount rate) to the long term (30 year bond rate) which direction would the line(CURVE) go forward in? up or down(INVERTED)?
