Hunter, I never said he wasn't working or wasn't involved or wasn't a principal or anything close to it. I said HE DOESN'T HAVE DAY TO DAY MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITES. HE ISN'T IN CHARGE OF A PROJECT A DIVISION OR A GROUP AS PER THE CEO OF AMATI! Now, either tell me that isn't true or stop putting words in my mouth or my posts. Gibbons has been on the board for a long time, so what? Let's assume your statement about USRX using TXN DSPs is accurate. And??? Does that mean the next logical step for USRX would be to buy Amati? Basically, if you tried to make a point, I definitely missed it. Sorry, I am not too smart, so you'll have to explain it in more detail. Techie
