If the shareholders do not make the decisions, and a few of the top million dollar executives are making all the decsions, how is that representative democracy?? >>>>Most traders don't own that many shares>> Exactly, so the CEO makes the decisions, not the shareholders. The later doesn't follow from the former. It is mostly true on a day to day basis, and somewhat true on a longer term, but not really because of the position size of the average trader. More importantly neither point is really relevant to the subject under discussion.
