I know it dude, the math looks great. What I'm trying to do now, if there is nothing illegal about it is to have Actrade mail notices to all of its shareholders advising them to demand delivery of their shares from the brokerage house.

If this was legitimate shorting then I would say, let the market take its course. But since this is clearly undeclared shorting of shares that do not exist, I think Actrade has every right to advise its shareholders.
