That's fine. My point in the original post was that the reasons driving this forced conversion of TXN debt have nothing to do with Rambo or any of the conflicts going on. Mu is simply trading a real debt and interest expense for paper .... common stock. It is a good deal for them as I think their stock is going way south. I think they do, too.

However, the fact that this debt and interest expense is now gone may have some remote bearing on Rambo, who knows how that could spin out, but I wouldn't concern myself with that if I were a Rambo long or short. There are much bigger issues out there in unknown land. -g-
