You bet Ontario is lagging behind in the coherent implementation of technology in schools. One need not look far to find much poorer jurisdictions such as Maine which are far ahead of Ontario in using network technology to enhance the overall quality of education at minimal expense.

After another round of strikes by the teachers this fall, it will lag even further behind... as the power politics of education takes precedence over the supposed day to day objectives of the practitioners.
