The ACA has not kicked in yet wrt payment of medical expenses.

What I DO know is my very good individual policy has been canceled effective 12/31 and the ACA compliant replacement policy has higher deductible, eliminates my 4 included Dr. visits and carries a 59% premium increase.

If you'd get off your partisan soapbox you'd realize what a disaster this entire thing is for the country.
