You really think they are going to get that much time and money to try again?
Here in MA we are just starting a third try at a new tax platform. I believe they dropped about $80M on the second try before killing it. When they announced how wonderful the new supplier is, I couldn't help but to wonder why they weren't selected for one of the first 2 attempts.
