TWICK, perhaps .... but I was impressed by the CEO on the Wall Street Radio interview - he seems sharp.... and reminds me of Steve Case. The message for COOL is very good as a business model and the replies to difficult questions almost standard fare now. Q 'How do you justify your valuation ?' -A 'its our job to take care of the business and by doing so take care of our shareholders ... they and the market can then decide upon valuation .... however, I would point out that compared to ????? we are a relatively cheap internet stock.'
Q'it seems that you have no proprietary software - so what's to stop the competition from taking your customers' A'we believe that offering the widest variety of computer goods with best service/fast delivery at the best price will ensure customers will keep coming back. Being first in the market is very important to us and has proven to be successful for other internet companies such as AOL/AMZN etc who have kept and increased their market share ...etc etc'.

Unless the guy looks like Quasimodo, I think he will come across very well indeed. Heck ... he even sounds sincere !!
