Intel owns a significant amount of RSYS. The view is that Intel will help take care of RSYS and/or buy it somewhere down the road. I think the real story is the way RSYS is performing on its own. It should show another strong quarter and be off and running again, this time with less shadow from the lawsuit/SEC investigation stuff.
