If you are shorting this stock, it must be on market sentiment and not the fundamentals of this company. The sequential numbers were not bad at all considering that this has historically been a weaker quarter. In addition to that, the net profit margin continued to increase (from 27.5% to 31.7%. That should continue to increase as they continue to see the cost benifits of increased production.

EPS are growing at more than double their trailing PE and overall earnings grew 200%. Last but not least they are sitting on 177.6 Mil. in cash to be used for the new plant. That is to say they have a new plant with all that capacity paid for now!!!

I really hope this stock drops. The speed an stability that the new generation of communications platforms such as Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel require cries out for the GAS. Just something to think about. By the way, can someone post the high points of the conference call.
