What would be the high PE for 2001 for MSFT? I would bet on 65 -70. Year 2000 saw 80 - 22; Year 99 was 46 - 83. I think 2001 is interesting year with Whistler, Office10, X-Box and a strong product portfolio. 1 to 2 months prior to a major consumer windows launch MSFT has hit a new high in the past; such as win95, 98, even win2000. Whistler may do the same. I think Whistler launch is in July - Aug. So by June one could expect new high of 121. We will wait and see.
