Napoleon himself prophesied: "When China awakes, the world will tremble." A $50 gold rally in Hong Kong on the heels of Goldman Sachs' party would almost be worth a bargain with the Devil. Even without Daniel Webster to plead the defense, there would be some comfort in Hell watching gold's foes burn..... Still, the ultimate goal of us gold bugs is..... ... expression "as good as gold" is not a reminder of past glories, but a statement of expected standards.
