C, this is Bill Hueb's web site, which unfortunately hasn't been updated for some time now. mynvo.com he frequently mentions the indicator, and i believe it is more of a long term danger sign than a short term timing indicator. i have asked him regarding a more recent update, and will post what he says. regards, hb
