BM: has a proven Bio-Ox, technology, primarily I believe the "stir tank" method of freeing arsenopyrite ores for cyanidation of the gold. They have also been successful with base metal ores.
Unfortunately, licensing the technology proved to be a poor revenue model and BM has been trying to gain an equity position of existing deposits suited to the technology and capable of far greater revenue generation than a licensing royalty. The Scorpio deal is the culmination of years of effort and marks a new life for BM. Existing projects coming into the deal are of interest but I believe the Scorpio people with their extensive experience and holdings in Mexico may be able to source properties for the new company, which after all is to be named Scorpio Gold. They are busy with development of their mine so the new Scorpio Gold should presumably be a vehicle to leverage their in country expertise.

The immediate issue in my mind is the announced financing, we do not know the price. I am holding BM and hope the financing is priced favourably. Don't think BM is going anywhere super fast but there is no question they are now on a far better road to success than ever before. I know BM also continues to look for existing deposits that would become economical given the use of the Bio-Ox process. I own BM.

From the article you posted:

This pretreatment can increase the yield of gold-bearing ore by twenty times over traditional crushing and immediate chemical extraction.

Cheers,
