Any lengthy Web site address is cut short on SI, but the entire text is still actually there... I can still get to the site, but I still get an error page... there is something going on with the Web site itself, others are having the same difficulty as I am..... thank you for your persistence, but Globex is probably going to charge a fee for its access..... GZ
