Nothing given in the 8-k on NFI delinquencies, although they did reset the portfolio 50 bp higher from 7.6% to 8.1%.

New houses inventory up another tick from 516,000 to 528,000. Judging from the MBAA purchase index, January was still OK, at 447 (versus 470 in October, and 479 in Nov), However February will be a different story, we are are 408 for the first three weeks, that should translate into a pretty decent new (closer to 1,135,000?) and existing home sales drop in the next report, making the number of months supply truly ugly.
