I have my doubts that a class action law suit of this sort will be the end. For one thing, most companies have insurance to protect themselves against such suits; secondly, this type of suit can be difficult to prove; and lastly...if there is a settlement, it could take years and years.

The one thing that I will say that the suit did was help suppress todays price. Ill have to read up on it a little more. I dont know if this is a spin off of last years suit.
