Dan,

I have spoken to many serious investors regarding ITEX as of late. I have noticed a continued support and high value placed on the company even in this recent scenario we have before us at the moment re:delisting etc.

I can say that the timing with ITEX in recent circumstances has not been the best to get us out of this rut... but many of the ruts really are not caused by ITEX... (some surely are). I agree that ITEX is in need of a serious change and many of us are working/collaborating on what we want from the company. There has been a bit of bad taste floating around also... I have been quite busy as of late and so my efforts are a bit hampered. Some of the bad taste is due to lack of information provided by the company... yet this situation is difficult to explain and I feel some of it is related to the recent investigation by the SEC.

I plan on the following
1) More conversations with ITEX officials.
2) Talks with FASB
3) Talks with A Dr. in accounting/business related items.
4) Talks with large shareholders

From those I have spoken with I can say that all are interested in purchasing shares at these prices. I can clarify this, every single person I have spoken to feels ITEX.. even if cut in 1/2 (approx) would value the company after the relisting and restating of the books (as and how/if this happens is ?) at about 2-3/share.

I have spoken to shareholders that equal or exceed (approx) 200,000-500,000 shares) in detail.

I have spoken also with a few competitors of ITEX and those that have something against ITEX verbally.

I have been asked to request shareholder share totals and names but I am not sure if this is needed at the moment. I have done this before on a company with 9 mil shares outstanding and was given records (on Silicon Investor posts) for approx 2-3 million shares.

I am not so sure I should do this at the moment.

Since the investors are in the dark at the moment, I can say that those in the position to comment on events due to their large positions and due to their positions in general are doing ALL THEY CAN to get answers. ITEX has provided me with answers to many questions and for the time being I am trying to disect this information carefully.

I feel comfortable at the time-being... yet I need more questions answered still.

I would like to increase my position in ITEX.

PS I am following back door internet service companies tied into E-commerce. The platform for serious growth in this area is taking form right now. As I stated before I am watching (CYCH)(CKFR)(ODIS)(EDFY)(WTLK) to name a few.

If ITEX can get through this they need to stop the escalation of lawsuits in this sector. I still feel we need a new position at the company to handle this and consulting on E-commerce tactics and someone with connections in the E-commerce services sector.

This is one of the worst examples/times I have ever seen for a company in this situation... hampered with new regulations and accounting practices. The timing is sickening. Let's get on with the changes and welcome the new effects of them. It reminds me of other events in the news as of late... most want to continue with the business and the others want to nit-pick at issues relating to a sort of hidden agenda.

The results (SEC findings) may change some of what we know in the E-commerce and barter sectors, ITEX is eating part of this bill for the rest of the sector, let's watch and be patient.
