So when factoring out risk to make for a fair comparison, that will mean VCLK would have to decline less than CSCO or increase more than CSCO for VCLK to win this race.

A friend of mine predicts that Bush will go down in history as one of the great American Presidents for invading Iraq, screwing up the post invasion portion, leaving Iraq ~4 years later, having the country and the entire greater Middle East descend into a massive Shia-Sunni war which will end the War on Terror since the players will all be fighting each other rather than outsiders. When Bush is 80 he'll claim that was his plan all along......time will tell.
