Interesting, and sounds logical, onepath ... may even be possible under the current government - we could use a Wackie Bennett about now, except without the backeast money behind him floating around screwing the little guys like us out of the resources

Woods on the coast are hooped too, high loonie on top of weak markets is just a killer ... the other day i phoned a log buyer and asked about prices just for fun, had some numbers in mind as what i thought was an educated guesstimate, reality was over ten per cent lower ... and they don't want the wood even at those prices, 'Leave it grow' he said, so that's the thing to do

Roads and hydro right to the Yukon border, would make a lot of sense ... too bad they sold the railroad, the old Dease Lake extension might finally come off, it would go right through mining country ... indians are not really opposed, they just want an outsize cut of the deals, is all

Up 5.00 at the moment -

Galore Creek is not dead, they're just doing a re-think on it ... looking at ng.to just now, that's a big gap to fill and they will fill it, matter of time ... think i'll move cuu.v and rg.v up a little on the lists ... do you still have Teuton tuo.v? - they're actually not so far off of infrastructure now, at least with the Treaty Creek project [if memory serves, and it might not, been a while] ... i'm still holding a bit of Eastfield etf.v, let the Lysander lym.v go as it was a tiny chunk and the bid felt high, it's come back from that now
